Any reference to the incomparable Sitges' night life can’t do without walking along one
the most famous streets to be out on the town: La Calle del Pecado - The
Street of Sin - (only a few know its real name, Calle del Primero de Mayo - 1st
of May Street). It is full of restaurants, pubs, music bars, and so on. A route trough
the Sitges' nightlife starts here necessarily: having dinner, having some drinks and shaking
your body from one pub to another every half hour until late at night, meeting people from
all over the world and, in short, enjoying a great festive atmosphere every night.
Party goes on in the small hours in some of several Sitges' discos. Two of the Spanish
pioneer discos are specially famous: "L'Atlántida" and "Pachá". "L'Atlántida" has an
open-air area, a little beach of its own, and every summer they organize lots of parties;
among them, we point out and recommend the "foam party". The "Ricky's" disco, with a
radical different style and a lot more private than the one before, is located at the
town centre. "Ruta 66" and "Otto Zutz" are other Sitges nightlife references, the same
way as the "Aiguadolç" marina, where you can also find lots of restaurantes and music bars.
Those more calm can enjoy Sitges in amusement arcades and pubs boasting pools or snookers,
table footballs, darts, etc., where the main attraction is having a drink and enjoy more
peaceful atmospheres and having a drink with friends.
Sitges is also internationally known for being a worldwide gay tourism centre. The
San Buenaventura Street is the main gay nightlife meeting-point, but there are lots
of exclusive gay scene pubs, bars and discos, that let you have fun until the small hours.
At sunrise, nothing better than resting at any Sitges
